Contract Terms

The Artist agrees to the following terms:

1. Performance Commitment: Artist will arrive at least 1 hour before scheduled set time and perform for the agreed-upon duration.

2. Professional Conduct: Artist will conduct themselves professionally and refrain from any behavior that could damage the festival's reputation.

3. Sound Check: Artist agrees to participate in sound check / check-in as scheduled by the festival organizers.

4. Promotion: Artist grants Rock The Bluff permission to use their name, likeness, and performance footage for promotional purposes.

5. Liability: Artist performs at their own risk and agrees to hold Rock The Bluff harmless from any injury or damage.

6. Cancellation: Either party may cancel with 30 days notice. Festival reserves the right to cancel due to weather or safety concerns.

7. Equipment: Festival will provide standard backline and PA system. Artist is responsible for their own instruments and special equipment.

8. Merchandise: Artist may sell merchandise but must coordinate with festival vendor coordinator.

9. Compensation: Artist agrees to compensation of 20 tickets to the event.
